Whilst the software can be used for sports specific training this is a small percentage of the users.


Fitness history and fitness level.
Available time to workout - GetFit creates programmes each user can fit into their daily lives.


Available equipment - GetFit will select body resistance exercises when the user has no equipment.


A personalised programme is created by GetFit Fitness with full video instruction. The user then logs their activity results and GetFit Fitness tracks and progresses them towards achieving their fitness goals.


Comprehensive reporting, tracking and data collection enables the user to track their progress.
