GetFit Fitness developed over the last 4 years helps people of all fitness
levels find easy and enjoyable ways to introduce activity into their existing
daily routines, whether at home, work or on the move.
GetFit Fitness allows each user to input:

from weight loss to stress reduction to sports specific goals. GetFit
Fitness is targeted at the 90% of the population who need to become more
active in order to avoid obesity and health problems. Whilst the software
can be used for sports specific training this is a small percentage of
the users.

GetFit creates programmes each user can fit into their daily lives.

will select body resistance exercises when the user has no equipment.

A personalised programme is
created by GetFit Fitness with full video instruction. The user then logs
their activity results and GetFit Fitness tracks and progresses them towards
achieving their fitness goals.
